This is to inform all trainees of FCPS / DCPS that due to heavy load of telephonic calls, personal visits and letters sent by trainees it is very difficult for RTMC Department to respond each trainee individually. In many cases sufficient information is not provided by the trainee making it difficult for RTMC Department to trace the personal file of trainee.
Keeping aforesaid situation in mind, it has been decided that
any trainee who wants to discuss matters relating to residency
/ training should visit “Frequently
Asked Questions (FAQs)” section of RTMC Department on
CPSP’s website (www.cpsp.edu.pk)
where many questions have been addressed in detail.
For any further queries trainees are directed to fill in the “Online
Query Form” in full (available at CPSP website) and
send it to RTMC Department. The queries will be responded at the
earliest by RTMC Department. Please note no query will be responded
until RTMC Registration Number is provided.
Before approaching RTMC Department for queries, trainees are advised in their own interest to read prospectus of their specialty and relevant guidelines in detail. Even then if counseling is required, an appointment will be fixed with the trainee and the message will be conveyed through email.
Matters related to residency / training in any case will not
be discussed on telephone. For efficient response, trainees are
advised to always communicate with CPSP through email.
