ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

The Administration Department has the following mission and objectives.

Mission:

    The mission of the Administration Department is to provide Administrative support to the various departments and Regional Centers of the College

Objective:
  • To effectively implement the polices and procedures of the College.
  • To ensure effective administrative service to all functional units of the College/Regional Centers.
  • To ensure discipline and supervision of College staff in general.
  • To update and recommend administrative policy from time to time to the President /Council.
  • To receive all incoming mail and dispatch the same to the concerned departments.
  • To ensure proper administration /functioning of the Telephone Exchange, Main Reception, Despatch Department, Stores, Security and Food & Beverage Section.
