Workshop Management Unit at CPSP is responsible for scheduling,
organizing and conducting mandatory workshops for FCPS / DCPS / MCPS trainees
and supervisors.

Prospective applicants should
collect the Workshop Registration Form from the front desk of
the CPSP Regional Center / WORKSHOP MANAGEMENT UNIT or may be
downloaded from CPSP website (www.cpsp.edu.pk). Fill and submit
or mail the form along with photocopy of their NIC and Bank Challan
/ Pay Order/ Draft of stipulated workshop fee at the Regional
Center where applicants wish to attend their mandatory workshop.
The slips for bank Challan are available at each Regional Center
and the stipulated workshop fee can be deposited at designated
branches of the Allied Bank of Pakistan. |

In case Research Training and Monitoring
Cell (RTMC) mails the Workshop Registration Form to the trainees,
they should submit the form along with photocopy of their NIC
and Bank Challan / Draft / Pay Order of stipulated workshop fees
at the Regional Center where they wish to attend the workshop.
Please do not send Workshop Registration Form to RTMC Karachi,
submit it at the CPSP Regional Center where you intend to attend
your mandatory workshops. |

Please note that Workshop Registration Form
will not be accepted without submitting the photocopy of Challan
/ Draft / Pay Order and NIC.

No applicants will be allowed to the attend
workshop without prior registration in workshop. All the details
required in the Workshop Registration Form must be filled in.
Incomplete or partially filled registration forms will not be
accepted. |

| 5. |
Registration in the workshop is made on
“First Come First Served Basis” and applicants will
be invited to attend workshop when their turn comes. However,
if they want to attend the workshop urgently, then they may register
themselves for “Priority Registration” for which they
are required to pay Rs. 1,000/- as priority registration charges
for each workshop, after which they will be registered in the
next scheduled workshop. Please note that candidate can not select
workshop dates of their choice. |

Participation in the workshops will be confirmed
provided the WORKSHOP MANAGEMENT UNIT/ concerned Regional Centre
does not receive “Workshop Postponement Form” at least
7 days before the commencement of workshop. |

If the applicant is not free to attend workshop
on scheduled dates for which he/she has received the workshop
invitation letter, and wants the workshop to be postponed for
him, then he/she are required to fill and submit or mail “Workshop
Postponement Form” at least 7 days before commencement of
workshop at the WORKSHOP MANAGEMENT UNIT / concerned CPSP Regional
Center along with Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 500/- as workshop postponement
charges. No telephone calls will be entertained regarding postponement
of workshop. Workshop Postponement Form is mailed along with workshop
invitation letter. |

If an applicant fails to attend workshop without
submitting “Workshop Postponement Form” along with
stipulated postponement charges, then he/she will be considered
as “Absent” and deposited workshop fees will be confiscated.
Such applicants will be required to re-deposit the full workshop
fees for fresh registration in the workshop. No application /
telephone call will be entertained regarding re-registration in
the workshop without depositing full workshop fees. |

Applicants who are already registered at any
Regional Center and want to change their workshop center / venue
due to any reason, are required to fill “Form for Change
of Workshop Venue” available at each Regional Center / WORKSHOP
MANAGEMENT UNIT and submit the same along with bank Challan /
Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 500/- as workshop center change fee at
the Regional Center, where they are already registered. They will
be informed about the change of venue after few working days.

Applicants who are already registered or those
who have attended any workshop(s) and want to have their name,
personal details or address changed (as may be the case with females
after marriage) or have been transferred or have moved to new
location, are required to fill “Personal Details & Address
Update Form” available at each Regional Center/WORKSHOP
MANAGEMENT UNIT and submit the same along with photocopy of NIC.
Their personal details will be updated in the records of Workshop
Management Unit, CPSP and they will be informed about the same.

Due to any reason, if an applicant does not
want to attend workshop and claims refund of workshop fees deposited,
then 25% of the workshop fee will be deducted as application processing
charges. Refund Claim form is available at every CPSP Regional
Center / WORKSHOP MANAGEMENT UNIT.

In case of change of workshop schedule due
to unavoidable reasons, applicants will be informed before commencement
of workshop and CPSP will not be responsible for change of schedule.

The workshop fees can be revised without any
prior information. For up-to-date information regarding workshop

You will NOT be allowed to the attend workshop without
prior registration in workshop. All the details required in the Workshop
Registration Form must be filled in. Incomplete or partially filled

If you want to attend a workshop sooner than is scheduled
for you, then you need to register for “Priority Registration” For this
you are required to pay Rs. 1,000/- as priority registration charges
for each workshop. Once you pay these charges, you will be registered
in the earliest possible workshop.
Do I need
to send in a written acceptance every time I am invited for a workshop?
No. If you do not respond to our invitation seven
(07) days before the start of the workshop, we will consider you as
confirmed.
Is it possible
for me to get a workshop postponed? If so, what is the procedure?
Yes. A “Workshop Postponement Form” is sent to all
applicants along with the workshop invitation letter. You have to pay
a fee of Rs. 500/- in approved branches of Allied Bank and submit the
challan along with the “Workshop Postponement Form” to your city’s Regional
Office. If you are in Karachi then submit it to DME Karachi. This form
must be received at least seven (07) days before the commencement of
workshop. If we do not receive this form within this time we will consider
you as absent and then you will have to pay the full charges of the
workshop again. No telephone calls will be entertained regarding postponement
of workshop.
What do
I do if I want to change the venue of my workshop?
If you are already registered at any Regional Centre
and want to change the workshop centre / venue due to any reason, you
are required to fill “Form for Change of Workshop Venue” available at
each Regional Centre / DME and submit the same along with bank Challan
/ Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 500/- as workshop centre change fee at the
Regional Centre, where you are already registered. You will be informed
about the change of venue in due course of time.
What procedure

If you have already registered or have attended any
workshop(s) and want to have your name, personal details or address
changed (as may be the case with females after marriage) or have been
