Copy of CNIC attached with Form.

|
|
Copy of RTMC Certificate / Employee ID Card attached with Form.
|
|
|
Device will be issued to end user and will be activated within 48 hrs.

|
|
Complaints will be forwarded by individuals through 1218 or 1236 and if delay is observed same will be messaged to PTCL support team.
|
|
|
CPE charges (USB): Rs. 4000/= in four equal installments.
|
|
|
Monthly service charges: Rs.1000/=
