    Introduction :-
      He is Associate Professor, Department of Surgery, the Aga Khan University, Karachi (personal profile on the internet/facebook). Educated and trained in Pakistan as a doctor and General Surgeon, with a significant interest in: the safe-training of surgeons in particular and postgraduate training in general, particularly remote adult learning methods, evaluation processes using indigenous methods, tools and resources, the development 9th local equipment for use by surgical specialties, conservation of the environment and resources for the wider dispersion / delivery of care and training. Developing teams and working with people.

      He has maintained an interest in the 'passions' of the past that have allowed him to develop an insight and create the 'passions of the present'. He has done immense work that was needed to improve Post-graduate medical education, training and evaluation. His recent "internship" (as councilor) has permitted him to prepare an integrated strategy that merits review and debate before implementation for the benefit of the College (CPSP), training institutions, trainers and most importantly the trainees.
