    Introduction :-
      Graduated from Liaquat Medical College in 1978 as Best graduate of the year. He did MCPS in 1983 and FCPS in Surgery in 1985 from the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan. Received Gold Medal at the 13th Annual Conference of the Society of Gastroenterology and GI Endoscopy in 1997 at Karachi. Awarded Best Teacher Award in 2002-2003 from Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. Promoted as Meritorious Professor (BPS-21).

      He was awarded fellowship of International College of Surgeons, USA, in 2006 and Fellowship of American College of Surgeons in October 2008. He has more than 60 National and International publications to his credit. Elected as Councilor of CPSP in February 2007. He is President-Elect, Society of Surgeons, Pakistan. At present, working as Professor of Surgery and Dean Faculty of Surgery and Allied Sciences, Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences, Jamshoro, Pakistan. Previously, he has served as Director of Research and Postgraduate Medical Education. He has an avid interest in Medical Education and Transplant Surgery.
